I’m Dr. Candace Nelson, a public health scientist & writer with more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of data, research & policy.

Across government, nonprofit, and academic settings, I have led analytic work, authored peer-reviewed publications, and translated complex findings for policymakers, practitioners, and the public.
